TERMS: If we
send your order by e-mail downloading there is a $2.95 e-mail service charge only, no
shipping charge. Our downloadable plans have more information and photo's than our paper
plans. We prefer to send all plans by download to your computer, we are
trying to get away from sending out paper plans all together... but we know
sometimes that is just not possible for some people, If you have trouble downloading you must
contact us by e-mail and explain why you can not download your order... if it is
for a good reason we will then send your order by mail. We will first try
every attempt to help you download your order. Our downloading program is
very easy and again the downloaded plans are much better than our paper plans.
