  an electrical engineer or someone with an electronics or engineering back ground to
  help you. For us to even consider our guarantee we would need a written
  statement from your electrical engineer or other professional, signed and notarized.
  we will then contact them and give them 20 minutes or more of our free time to educate
  them enough were they can understand that our devices do work. if all else fails we would
