This shipping cost can apply to any extra shipping that our sales dept has quoted to you by phone or by e-mail. We mainly use this for orders outside the USA that need added shipping. But can still be used as an over all shipping cost, and can be paid separately from the cost of the plans or kit parts that you have ordered.
