since I
already requested it as a download.

If you did not pay for shipping during checkout, then you will need to click on
the
link below to pay for shipping and have us send your order by mail on computer
CD.
Plans are in Adobe Reader .PDF format and can be viewed and printed out from
your computer. Then Videos we sell by download or by air mail on CD, can be
played and viewed on your computer using Windows media or Real player or other.

QUESTION:
Can I purchase the plans on paper instead of computer
CD?
ANSWER:
Sorry, we no longer sell our plans on paper. But, you can
purchase the plans CD,
then have then sent to you by mail. then go to your
local library and use the computers
to view or print your plans. You can also
take your CD to an
Office Depot,
Kinko's or any copy printing company, locally or on line, to have them print it for
you.
*Most of our customers have home
computers. For security reasons etc.. we no longer print our plans on paper.
